In reply to: [WooCommerce] Can’t Add Credit Card Numbers in CheckoutHi daseastman,
It sounds like there is a plugin conflict on your site.
You can read more about plugin and theme conflicts here:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/
The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:
1. Temporarily switch your theme back to the Twenty Seventeen Theme:
https://www.ads-software.com/themes/twentyseventeen/.
2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce & PayPal Braintree.
3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict. If it doesn’t resolve the issue, please let us know so that we can help you further.
Please note that switching to another theme will not delete data and you will be able to revert back to your original theme without any issue after testing is done. Your site will simply have a different display during the test.
Switching to a default theme and deactivating plugins is the first step in troubleshooting issues. That allows us to target the issue quickly.
Please let us know how it goes once you are done with testing.
Thanks and looking forward to your reply!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Applying Shipping Method (Plugin) to Shipping Class?Hi mrsdextrose,
>I want, eg, Light Switch to use the Royal Mail shipping method only, and Industrial Pendant Light to use Weight Based shipping only. I’ve read plenty of tutorials but I’m stumped. Advice greatly appreciated.
The best way to accomplish it would be by using Conditional Shipping and Payments extension:
https://woocommerce.com/products/conditional-shipping-and-payments/
It will allow you to enable/disable different shipping methods when certain products are added to the cart.
Hi jesterthomas,
We won’t be able to help with troubleshooting Telr issue since we were not the ones who developed the extension. I recommend making sure you followed all the steps outlined in the Telr guide below first:
https://telr.com/support/knowledge-base/woocommerce/
If you think everything is setup correctly but the issue persists, please contact Telr for further help:
I wish I could help more, but hopefully, this gets you going in the right direction to get the issue fixed.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] User login/portalHi HudsonValleyWebDesign,
WooCommerce’s standard functionality includes having “My Account” page on all sites where site’s customers can create an account, login to it, place an order and see previous orders. You can learn more about it here:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/
Let us know if you have any additional questions along the way.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How do I assign shipping to certain areas?Hi simon_a6,
>What am I doing wrong? How do I stop it showing all those places?
It sounds like you haven’t restricted the Selling locations in your General Settings. You can select which countries/regions to seel to as shown below:

Please try and let us know how it goes.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to make custom shipping method free for oders above sum?Hi mhorvath,
I recommend setting up standard Free Shipping option with a minimum amount of order required in order for the option to display:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/free-shipping/
Once this is in place, you can set up conditional shipping rules and disable/enable certain methods depending on the type of product added to the cart using Conditional Shipping & Payments extension:
https://woocommerce.com/products/conditional-shipping-and-payments/
The solution above will work if the custom shipping method you have installed is compatible with Shipping Zones. Would you please send a link to the product you have downloaded from GitHub?
Thank you and looking forward to your reply!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping & Tax] Where do you set the address?Hi there!
Thank you for contacting WooCommerce! Happy to help.
Where do I set the origin address when creating shipping labels? I need to change the business information and address.
In order to set the Origin Address, click on “Create new label” button on the order page in the Shipping Label section on the right (see screenshot below):
Image Link: https://cloudup.com/cZAFBF8ro77
You will be presented with the window where you will be able to modify the details of the shipment including the Origin and Shipping address (see screenshot below):

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping & Tax] Invalid Destination Address in ChromeHi Willie,
Thanks for all the testing on your end!
Different error in chrome. When I try to make a label I get a popup that says “There was a problem saving your settings. Please try again after the page is reloaded.”
This error usually comes up when WooCommerce Services plugin thinks that the user is logged out of WordPress. It is something that can happen for example when your login cookie expires. Maybe you are using some plugin or Chrome extension that somehow clears your cookies all the time. It can also happen when the user is logged out of WordPress but has the creating shipping label page open trying to create a label.
I recommend checking for anything that can constantly clear cookies in Chrome.
Please let us know if you find something in case you are up for keeping troubleshooting it further.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping & Tax] Invalid Destination Address in ChromeHi Willie!
Thanks for contacting WooCommerce! Happy to help.
>But I bring this up just in case: maybe the plugin has issues on Chrome?
I can’t replicate this issue on my test site, creating shipping labels works well for me in Chrome.
I suspect there could be a plugin conflict of some sort. Maybe you have some 3rd party address validation plugin installed?
I recommend testing your site further as follows:
1. Temporarily switch your theme back to the Twenty Sixteen Theme:https://www.ads-software.com/themes/twentysixteen/
2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce & WooCommerce Services.
3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict. If it doesn’t resolve the issue, please let us know so that we can help you further.
Switching to another theme will not delete data and you will be able to revert back to your original theme without any issue after testing is done. Your site will simply have a different display during the test.
If you are up for testing, please let us know how it goes once you are done with it and what are your findings.
Thanks and looking forward to your reply!
