when I am adding $1 as shipping cost it will show the gateway. I will ask my client to raise a ticket in woocommerce, meanwhile, it sounds great when you are helping here.
In order to help further, we’d need to ask you for additional details including the login to the site. This is not secure to share over the public forum which is the reason why the ticket is preferred. Thanks for getting back to me, but that isn’t quite my issue.
I can see the category in the list, (it isn’t hidden) but how do I now change the category for that product?
When I open the product, there isn’t the product field on the right side.
I think we are misunderstanding each other. Have you tried to enable the categories and tags sections on the product’s page as shown on the screenshot I sent in my previous reply? https://cloudup.com/cyX0UBboE_3.
If so, can you please send a screenshot of what you see and also showing that categories and tags sections are enabled as shown on my screenshot?
