  • I have exactly the same problem ??

We have the same problems with creating and editing forms.
Submitting existing forms seems to work.

    Hi Steven,

For sure this kind of search I already did and they are all related to sending e-mails etc.

What I’m asking for is when a new user wants to create an account on a WordPress site.
I want to validate the e-mail address of the newly registered user and if he’s not on my list of known “club members” then that person will get less user rights.

    Thanks,

    Jan

    Hi Corrina,

    Events all that you mention.
We want to use the EME process flows as much as possible.
The process will be different depending on the type of event.
Some events are open to all, some by invitation, some by expression of interest and screening by our team you name it.
UM and EME seem to share the same basic user information any way.
The extra’s we capture is then related to travel details, dietary requirements etc.

UM mainly for (more or less static) profile information related to the members/users of the platform.

    Ta,

    Hi Corrina,

The events management features of Events Made Easy fit closely to what we want.
In essence we’re trying to set-up a web site that will allow us to:
1- Have some static content about our training offering (not a problem)
2- Have a kind of “CV” solution for capturing information about our trainers and trainees (using UM for this)
3- Have an event management module so we take registrations and have recurring events, by invitation events etc. We use events made easy for this (EME). EME is pretty light on forms and want to use Caldera for “pretty” forms but end up with 2 submit buttons
4- Capture suggestions for training offering and other topics for which we would use Caldera.
Of the 3 Caldera offers the most flexible forms solution.
Again… doing all without ending up with buying licenses (for now).

    Thanks for your interest,

    Jan
