Thanks for the 2 threads, which I’ve now read through. Afraid I’m a total novice with WordPress and certainly don’t know how to change files etc. I was hoping there was by now some simple quick fix to this problem, which I can see has been experienced by a lot of others. This only happened after I employed a web company to upgrade and re-design our site. They are not fixing because they blame my hosting – namesco – but there support are adament it is nothing to do with the hosting service. I’ll keep searching!
