Done. Set the SEO Pretty Permalinks to “NO” and it works now.

Is there anything else I need to check – is this a permanent solution?

Hi – I am clicking on the name of the item, the ‘Details’ link in the side bar and the little arrow icon. Each click just keeps me on the main catalogue page. The second, smaller, catalogue I have published on the same site is working fine.

No error messages pop up.

I haven’t (knowingly) changed anything in the settings/options.

Those darn slugs! Totally forgot I changed them….I did not know adding a # would mess everything up. Good to know!

Everything is awesome again with my product catalogue. Thanks for the speedy reply.

That’s great – but I am not a developer. I have, as you advised, downloaded and installed the plug-in above, but don’t understand what to do with it next. There is very little information to give me direction.

Well unfortunately now I have had to completely delete Mashsharer from my website. The plugin disabled my website and it ended up going down for several hours without my knowing. AFTER I had launched an email blast to 1500 potential customers. Really. not. cool.

I am assuming you’ve had similar complaints from users – I do recall there was an upgrade to the plugin in the last 24hrs.

Too buggy – made my site crash. Not impressed at all now. Which is too bad because at first glance this was a cool little add-on.
