I have uninstalled the Mantra theme but that hasn’t helped either. Not sure what else to try at this point. I am under a deadline to post an article and can not insert any photos. any suggestions?

I just realized that this problem started when I installed a new theme to do a live preview. I am currently working with the “Just Write” theme and installed “Mantra” thinking I may change over to this new theme. Now I can’t seem to find how to uninstall this theme to see if that may be the issue.

and, perhaps word press should consider having a non-volunteer support system since I do pay them and some of the volunteer staff is not helpful and nasty

I may have had 6 responses but none were helpful. I guess for the volunteer staff is quantity not quality

this is ridiculous – no support at all – I guess I could spend the rest of my life moving from forum to forum posting my problem and never getting a resolution. yes it is a theme related problem. the theme is not oeprating correctly

my screen resolution is higher than 1600 px – It appeared there until yesterday

I am furious – there is no support! WP did an update and they have screwed up my entire site. I had no customizations – settings for my theme simply do not work and there is no way of getting any assistance. A mini sidebar is part of the theme yet it suddenly disappeared and I can’t get it back. it is set to be there but it isn’t.

I received an e-mail yesterday that I was updated to 3.8.2 last evening also and now my site has lost content and sidebars and I can not get it back correctly.
