Update: we have contacted PayPal to see if they can help and they’ve said that the problem might be that the URL is inactive or has been changed. I’ve had no indication of this on your end and the URL in our PayPal settings is still the one posted above.

Ahh thank you, that fixed it! It was a hook I was using to move things around and I didn’t realize it had moved the payment section outside of the form. Thanks a million!

Thanks for looking into it for me. I really appreciate it. I’ve exhausted every Google search and other resource I can think of trying to solve this on my own.

As I mentioned above, I already tried disabling my custom scripts and it didn’t fix the issue. I’ve also now fixed the problem with that particular script and while I’m no longer getting any JS errors in the console, the “Place Order” button still isn’t working.

The script you provided didn’t do anything and I don’t have a php.ini file in my root. But considering that the button works fine if I switch to a default theme, I don’t think PHP memory is the issue.

Don’t think I have one currently.

I don’t think that’s the best way to insert scripts? And I’m fairly sure my PHP limit is fine. Sorry, should have included my status report. Here it is:

Ahh thanks, that fixed it! Now when I click the “Add to Basket” button, it takes me to the Basket page – except that page is blank! Ack!

kimsf – it’s back up. I’ve already tried disabling the modified files to no avail.

Mike Jolley – Got rid of the jquery version being loaded from functions.php, problem persists.

I have multiple client sites using multiple hosting providers and not a single one of their contact forms is working. All getting the same error stated by others in this thread. This is CLEARLY an issue with the plugin. Please fix it!
