Yes, I have told server support team regarding this. They have helped to whitelist this IP address. Now it is working fine. But they have asked me to update you guys to know the root cause. Lol.

I have resent the test mail from WordPress Server to this email, [email protected], hopefully you can receive it.

I got tried on 2nd method too, but it doesn’t show any success or error message, so I am not sure whether you can receive it.

I didn’t change any setting for this part, is the default setting.

Do allow me to elaborate more on my issue.
We have generated a few invoices on last month, but when we track back our orders in WooCommerce, it shows different invoice number from our generated PDF.

I hope to understand the root cause of this issue.
