Thanks for replying. No, I haven’t solved this problem, I am also not able to reproduce it on my side as I don’t have an iOS device and this only happens with very few of our iOS users.

@missveronicatv Thank you, I think this might be a fix though it still feels inconsistent. But there’s another problem that popped up. From time to time, when clicking on “Upload a Photo”, the pop-up doesn’t display properly (see image). The window seems to be “stuck” on the bottom of the page and only shows this tiny window

Update:

The Profile Picture Upload works inconsistently, it does work sometimes:

– Sometimes, after uploading the image, it still shows the old profile picture in the “Cropping” Section, and still remains so.

Hello @missveronicatv , this is a screenshot of my “Say What?” Settings for replacing this specific string.

I have tried with both ultimate-member and ultimate_member as Text domain

@missveronicatv I haven’t been able to change the text via the “Say What?” plugin. Do you have any suggestions? I’ve used it as you had instructed.

Do you know where I change the corresponding text that shows when a non-whitelisted email tries to sign up? Currently it says “This email has been blocked”
