In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Event Page Not ShowingI am having the same issue. Has there been a resolution to this problem? I am a long-time Event Calendar/Divi user and this is a new issue. It is only happening with recurring events. This does not seem like a Divi Calendar conflict, but something within the Calendar itself. The linked pages have what looks like a valid url, but the page is a No Results Found post page. See our active site: https://www.unitycenterdc.org/calendar/ Am using WordPress 5.6.2. with Divi 4.9.3. Thanks for your help.

In reply to: [Polylang] Custom Flags not working with Polylang 2.07The only workaround I came up with is to put the flag .png files in the polylang/flag folder, but of course I need to update them whenever Polylang is updated. Anyone have any insight into what the issue is here? This feature was working as described in the documentation, then I updated Polyland to 2.07 and the custom flags were not being access—the standard default flags were being used. Thanks for any suggestions. I will next start mucking in the .php to see if I can hardwire this! Not very optimal.
I cut and pasted your suggest and it worked. Don’t get why, but I’ll take it! Thanks.
Brian,
The site is: https://www.communityonthehill.org/ in the left column toward the bottom. I would like to publish everything except the Private Event category. I have tested out [ecs-list-events limit=’8′ cat=’service’ ] which worked fine, but [ecs-list-events limit=’8′ cats=’service, prayer’ ] displays all categories. I also tried [ecs-list-events limit=’8′ cats=’service, prayer’ ] — not space after comma. So want this to be a simple syntax problem!Success will mean not seeing the music lessons!
We are already using the site (not widely published). I just disabled the plugins at your suggestion and ended up loosing all my css. So, now I have a much bigger problem….
Very much appreciate your reply about the cats problem tho.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar Shortcode & Block] Can I exclude a category?I would like to do this as well.
Seems lots of us are having this problem. I have checked that cat works, but not cats. I have double checked the character and slug names. The results is a listing of all events. I am using DIVI theme with 4.4.1. Can not disable plugins and switch theme. We are hoping to go live with our site soon and would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

In reply to: [Recent Posts Widget Extended] cat and tagTerri—thanks for the hint. I need to root around and find my project_tag in the URL by editing the tag in the /project/tag page. Then project_tag=number worked for me.

In reply to: [Recent Posts Widget Extended] Limit to Taxonomy dont workI figured this out and will share the solution…
I am wanting to limit the taxonomy to a project_tag.
To find the number, in the dashboard, go to /Project/Tag page.
Edit the tag. THEN VERY IMPORTANT.
Look in the URL line and find something like tag_id=57.
Then in your shortcode or widget I used project_tag=57 and this worked as it should. The name of the tag is Meet, so it seemed logical that project_tag=’Meet’ would work, but it doesn’t—you need the number.
Hope this helps someone out there. Very helpful plugin.
This is also important for us. As we add event categories, it’s easy to loose track. We just want to eliminate one category (private) and display all others. Thanks!
