thank you for getting back to me!

does that mean backwpup isn’t going to work in this instance UNLESS via WP-CLI? are there any changes that can be made on the hosting side?

thanks again for your time and feedback ??

i have the same exact problem with a client’s site. i was hoping this latest plugin update might fix it, but it didn’t.

hi brook – thanks for your input.

the events calendar had been working fine since my last post 6 days ago but JUST NOW disappeared again while i was working on adding events and products to the ecommerce portion. again, /events page went blank.

    – i tried changing the events url slug to something completely different: still blank page.
    – i tried disabling all views except Day: still blank page
    – i tried setting a default view of month (which it has been already set as anyway): still blank page

i disabled the ecommerce plugin and re-enabled it, then the events calendar showed properly again. today, i’ve basically just been adding events to the calendar and adding products to the ecommerce portion.

i’ll have to copy the site over to a test environment to try switching themes and disabling all plugins but will update when i do or if i come across anything else regarding this.

i just had the same exact problem happen. i’m already using a twentytwelve child theme but am using WP eCommerce for the store. the calendar had been working fine all afternoon while working on it (though the events were out of order in List view…) and then disappeared when i was close to launching everything. and for me, the page with /list on it still didn’t show the events. the page title did read that it was the proper events page, but that’s it. i tried disabling a number of plugins to find the conflict and found it was the WP eCommerce plugin. when i disabled that, the calendar showed again. i’ve since re-enabled WP eCommerce and the calendar is still showing, but i’m leary of it happening again.

interesting that it seems to be the ecommerce plugins that may be what’s interfering somehow…

amongst it’s other services/features, cloudflare (cloudflare.com) includes a content delivery network service and caching services, which could be interfering if caching could be affecting the slideshow plugin performance. i set cloudflare to ‘development mode’ which should disable any caching though, but the slides still end up out of sync with the posts/titles after making changes.

hi ron – thanks for getting back to me!

i found that the client is using cloudflare services. i set the plugin to ‘development mode’ which should temporarily disable any caching, but that hasn’t seemed to make a difference as making new changes and adding the slider again gives the same issue.

will this just not work with a caching service? or is there something else i could try?

thanks in advance for your help – i really appreciate it!

    sincerely,
    chris
