Sorry to jump in. However, I am also having a password related problem. I see is an old one, seems to go back several years. I just installed a single site, using the most recent version of WP, a tested template and all std well used plug-ins. I can’t log in, as admin, using Chrome. It works fine in Explorer. I can go to my hosting service, using Chrome and log in using the C-panel. Can you point me in a direction?
