You’re right. The problem was with the Sequential Order numbers plugin https://www.woothemes.com/products/sequential-order-numbers-pro/
Once deactivated, everything works as expected.

Is there a chance that you can look into what causes the conflict? Since this is an “official” Woothemes plugin, it is likely that other users will run into the same problem.

I don’t see the transaction ID mapped to meta. And in woocommerce/logs all the files are blank. There is a quickpay.txt file but no quickpay. I don’t know if there is supposed to be one.
I ran a test again with quickpay in testmode and from a user’s view, the transaction was succesfull as I was redirected to the order-received page. However, when i checked the Quickpay manager, the transaction was marked as failed because “Payment aborted by shopper”.
