In version 2.1.0 it is okay, but in newer versions not there and then I mean the possibility to choose the display type ?

Did not install any other Plugin and have try to get it work by deactivation 2 other Plugins. Did not work !

? Invalid display type
In the past there was the same problem, I saw.

There was spam on both of my sites. I did remove several plugins and they are disappeared. But on 1 site I still have a problem.

Bij scanning via https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/ I get this warning:

I did buy a Tablet 10.1 today….. and there is everything okay !

I love the menu on the sidebar and hope to have this in this way !
But your option to do that by using CSS…. is too difficult for me !

The theme is: Twenty Fourteen and should responsive, but I hear from people with mobile and Iphone that the appearance is not good (Ipad is good ??) I can’t see it myself, as I have no mobile?Iphone.

I have a PDF with in it a “Text field” (Forms) and I give this field the action: Got to a link (site) by clicking on this field. This works good !
But when I use it in WordPress with your plugin the PDF is OK, but the link does not work ?
