I appreciate your policy, but would very much ask you to remove the url – it’s a tiny edit, doesn’t change anything about understanding the thread and would actually mean a lot to me.

I’m working hard to remove any connection to that site because of some serious trouble that association causes me.

Ok, I restored the data from an old backup – the entries with the authors user_id in wp_usermeta and wp_users
Then I found out (because I got a “duplicate” error while importing the wp_posts) about the “trash”-function. When posts get deleted, even if the whole author gets deleted, they are moved to the trash and can be easily recoverd through the WordPress Admin panel.

Found out for the last post, they do not get deleted.

Another thing: when I delete a user, with the option “delete all articles and links”, are the comments he wrote while logged in also deleted?

The problems with Thickbox are gone with 1.4.3

Version 1.4.1 fixed the Shutter problem, it works now.

Thickbox still doesn’t display navigation elements. As I want to keep my galleries navigable and am using Shutter to asure that, I can’t give an example. If the example from ruscello does not suffice, I will switch to Thickbox and post the URL here.

Same here with Thickbox not working after upgrad to 1.4.
But with me, Shutter doesnt work either. When I activate Shutter and then click on a thumbnail my browser opens just the image without any javascript effects. I don’t know if Shutter worked before the upgrade to 1.4.

Increasing the memory limit does solve the first error message but the others stay the same, even if I increase the memory limit to 256M.
Is there any other thing I could do?

Is there some way to allow them all comments they wrote, no matter if it’s on their own posts or not?

Actually, with edit_posts, which is a thing authors can, they should be able to edit their own comments.

Today I discoverd that users can edit comments they wrote for their own posts, but not the comments written on posts of other users.

Is that the way it’s supposed to be?

Just to clarify things: I added “text-align: center;” to “.ngg-widget,
.ngg-widget-slideshow”, which worked fine the last version.

I found the output code in swjobject.php
But I still got one problem: I changed the nggallery.css to align the widget, but somehow it doesnt work – did you outsource that too?
