Thank you for your reply.
The email being used to raise a ticket is the same email used on Envato to purchase the Masterstudy plugin and also within the WP install with the Masterstudy Plugin.
I am at a loss as to how to move forward.
Hi, thanks for your reply. I really appreciate you taking time to check this out.
After some more discussion with my client right now, we have decided to remove Masterstudy LMS from the website due to some other limitations.I would say this support issue is resolved, as you said above the category parameter is working fine.
Once again thank you for all your assistance.
Hi, I realise you cannot accommodate every plugin, but Masterstudy is stopping the native WordPress blog post category filter from functioning correctly. It is a bug in the plugin. Not just a case of wanting to use a plugin with yours.
I wonder if you would reconsider looking at the page I linked above to see that the wordpress blog categories are not being narrowed down, as WordPress natively allows.
Thank youHi, yes that is the plugin.
I really appreciate you taking time to work out how we might be able to use your plugin together.
I will wait for any findings you may have.
ThanksHi, I have checked through the plugins and one called Masterstudy LMS was stopping the category filter from working. I contacted them and they said they cannot make the plugin compatible with this one. Is there anything we can do from this side to override it, as the site is built around that plugin, as the main point of the site.
Thanks
I meant to add, I have tried several similar plugins in case it was the other plugin at fault, but regardless of which one I use, it seems the category filter does not work.
Hi, thanks for the update. I have tried again with the code you posted, double checking the speech marks etc. I have added a screenshot below. Unfortunately it is showing more than one category. I will have to try again at disabling plugins in case that is the problem, since I cannot see how we can fix it otherwise.
Hi thanks for looking at this for me. I see what you mean, in the code I posted. I have just retyped from scratch, and tried with a few category ids but so far its still not working.
I have tried using the id and the category name.
Is there something else I need to check? I have tried this on an empty page using gutenburg blocks, just in case the Elementor plugin was conflicting.https://visensei.com/9929-2/

In reply to: [Book a Place] Sorry you can not add this place to your cartHi there, thanks for looking into it so quickly.
Yes, I read from other issues here that someone had JS errors so I started looking into that. It turns out that the order of the JS files had an influence. I found a plugin that changed the order of JS files and this solved the problem. Hopefully if someone else has this issue they will find this post and fix it themselves.
For my client, this is a great plugin. I can see that there could be additional features that would make this even better but for now I can work with it just fine.
Thanks again
