Yahoo web hosting sent out this: “Important Announcement: Required Upgrade to WordPress version 3.9.2” and many people reported problems with blog and plug-ins not recovered etc. Is it better to upgrade to WP 4? Will I see any issues?

anybody knows about this error? “Permission denied in /var/www/vhosts/qrpetbook.com/httpdocs/wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 348” meanig permissions.

rohan K ty but.. this plug-in will put QR on my web page of the preset website. I found other plugins do similar think. But I’d like to use user info entered upon the profile created and generate QR with that info. I guess in a new window and then auto save to the database if the user need id again to reprint.

Well I have uploaded the header of required size to a directory of WP. See above but either way I’m not capable to get it inside of the template. I tryied change templates and insert the header no luck either. I think the trick is in “Permission denied in /var/www/vhosts/qrpetbook.com/httpdocs/wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 348” meanig permissions. But if I can FTP to any of directories why can’t I insert header using the dashboard options?
