Thank you for getting in touch with us.
The GDPR notice is the new field so it is ready for translation but it’s not translated yet. Please follow this documentation to translate missing strings in plugin translation files: https://wp-livechat.com/documentation/how-can-i-translate-wp-live-chat-support/

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Alt Text for MarkerHi there,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
We’re using Google Maps API to generate markers on the map. Unfortunately Google Maps API doesn’t provide alt attribute by default. We’ll try to add some attributes so it would be easier to add alt attribute to markers with some JavaScript. I’ll keep you informed when it will be ready.
Thank you for your time in this.

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & WhatsApp] Offline message require nameHi there,
Thank you for getting in touch with us and apologize for the delay in response.
Name and email input fields in offline message are required by default. When one of those fields is empty popup warning should open.
By default Default visitor name field saves default value Guest if the field is empty. If you would like to remove default name you need to change one line in wp-live-chat-support.php file. Please let me know if you are comfortable with PHP so I’ll send you changes you need.
Thank you for your time in this.

Thank you for getting in touch with us and reporting this.
I believe this is some small bug. We’ll fix it in next plugin release. Please note that all markers should work with double slashes.

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Postcode ErrorHi there,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
Please edit your marker and add address, not latitude/longitude. Then click on the second icon “Edit this marker location” inside “Your Markers” list at the bottom of map page. You should see new window where you can move your marker to the desired location without touching address field.
Hope that helps. Thank you for your time in this.

JarekHi there,
?I apologize for the delay in response.
You can hide it with this css:
p.wpgmza_infowindow_address { display: none; }
Please add it to Maps → Settings → Advanced → Custom CSS field.
Thank you for your time in this.

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] All markers on a viewHi there,
Thank you for getting in touch with us and I sincerely apologize for the delay in response.
WP Google Maps Pro has special attributes marker and zoom in shortcode so you can center the map on specific marker and zoom it like you wish.
Unfortunately the only way to change the zoom and center of the map on mobile is by adding custom JavaScript code. If you are feeling comfortable with JavaScript I can send you some code.
Thank you for your time in this.

I sincerely apologize for any issues you are having with our plugin.
We’ve addressed this issue in our latest plugin release 7.0.02. There is special option in Maps → Settings for selecting FontAwesome version: 4, 5 and none. Please update the plugin and let me know if it works.

Do you mean markers on the map? Can you explain a bit what icons do you mean, perhaps send URL to your site so I’ll take a look at it?
