Could you share the screenshot as it wasn’t attached to your message?

Can you check if you have Administrator role and not the newly created Administrator clone role?

Are you sure you haven’t modified Administrator role? Sometimes, the best way to fix role permissions is to revert back changes going back to the previous version of wp_user_roles option in wp_options table where all permissions are stored. You can ask your hosting for a backup of this table.

You can try to create a new role and grant the following permissions under Pages tab:
Edit Pages
Publish Pages
Read
Edit Published Pages

After that create page for each user with that new role, click “Quick Edit” link in Pages table and select user in the Author dropdown.
