@rvoodoo Thank you so much. It must have been something with the theme I was using. By renaming it in the FTP, it reverted to the default and I was able to go in, delete the bad theme, etc. Could you please try the website again and let me know if it is loading for you know? Thanks for your response.
1. I thought 2.9.2 was the latest version?
2. I unfortunately cannot get to any part of the admin page (it’s all completely blank), so I’m unable (as far as I know) to change it to the default theme.
Any other suggestions?

Thank you Samboll but I’m pretty low tech and didn’t really see how that link was addressing my problem. Maybe some clarification or a different approach?

I backed up my files and then upgraded to the latest version of WP. The problem still exists (even if I shift between different themes).
Unfortunately I don’t know how to reinstall specific folders as mentioned above, nor do I know how to check to see if I disabled the Visual Editor. Wish I knew more about computers and IT. If it’s possible to explain the things above without taking too much of your time, I would be greatly appreciative.
