Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProHi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.
Paid Memberships Pro does not currently support 2FA from Stripe. I have however shared your feedback with the developers on our team for further review and consideration as your account’s security is a priority for us.

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProHi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.
This is likely caused by Elementor’s built-in caching functionality.
Elementor has introduced experimental caching functionality through Element Cache in an effort to speed up your site.
We advise not to cache dynamic elements and membership-related content on pages like your membership checkout, account, and profile editing pages, as these areas frequently change based on each individual member.
To turn off caching for those specific elements, edit the Elementor page, click on the element containing the Paid Memberships Pro shortcode, click on the Advanced tab and scroll down to ‘Cache Settings’. Select ‘Inactive’ from the dropdown.
A comprehensive guide on how to do this can be found in Elementor’s documentation at https://elementor.com/help/element-caching-help/

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProYour login page may be using something completely custom if it doesn’t resemble anything similar to the original login.php page.
If you can default back to using the core PMPro login page I would recommend doing so. However due to what appears to be extensive changes to the custom login form, I would recommend reaching out to a developer for further assistance. Alternatively, please consider posting a project on https://jobs.wordpress.net for assistance.

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProThank you for your feedback. Please ensure that the field is created as a readonly field under Memberships > Settings > User Fields as the code recipe makes it an editable field when you are an admin viewing/editing it.

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProHi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.
Please advise how you are accepting payments through your site?
Online payments will reflect immediately and remove the members access when payment doesn’t go through.
Offline payments, such as our Pay by Check functionality will automatically create an order for the renewal which the admin can mark as paid. You would need to reference the order list for members who have a new order that needs to be marked as paid or cancelled.

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProHi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team. I’m sorry to hear of the issue you experienced while updating.
I suspect that during the update, a file was lost or didn’t upload correctly. Please try downloading the latest version of Paid Memberships Pro from the www.ads-software.com forums (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/paid-memberships-pro/) and uploading it via Plugins > Add New – the option to replace the current files should show shortly (please click on that to do ensure it uploads).

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProYou can copy and compare the current login page structure from here: https://github.com/strangerstudios/paid-memberships-pro/blob/dev/shortcodes/pmpro_login.php
There’s a third-party online tool called Diff Checker (https://www.diffchecker.com/) where you can paste in your current code in the left and the latest code in the right and it will show you what differences have been made between the files.
This should help you apply the same changes to the latest version of the file.

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProHi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.
As your question relates to commercial Add On (https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/add-ons/pmpro-import-users-csv/), we cannot provide feedback or help on this on the www.ads-software.com forums as this would go against the forum’s guidelines.
Please reach out to us at https://paidmembershipspro.com/contact for further assistance with this.

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProThank you for your feedback and walking me through your set up.
By default, our Woocommerce Integration Add On will cancel memberships when orders go into pending, processing, refunded, failed, or on hold status. When a membership is cancelled this will roll over into LearnDash and the member will be un-enrolled from their course too if the level is connected to it.
More information on how and where this is handled in the plugin can be found at https://github.com/strangerstudios/pmpro-woocommerce/blob/dev/pmpro-woocommerce.php#L295-L339

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProHi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.
Paid Memberships Pro 3.0+ made the move to have all billing address fields set on an order level rather than a user account level as each order or transaction may have different billing address information.
We have a guide available here https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/types-of-addresses/#h-physical-address (scroll down to the How to Capture a Member’s Physical Address section) where it walks you through how to create billing address fields using our built-in User Fields.
You would then need to use this code recipe (https://gist.github.com/ipokkel/867fb8103f7e789ae089e55cbc93a9dc) to specify which fields need to be readonly on the member’s profile. You can specify the field names that this should apply to on line 17.
We have a companion guide available at https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/create-a-plugin-for-pmpro-customizations/ on how to add custom code to your site.

If the

isn’t causing any issues during checkout and you need to keep it turned on, I believe it should be okay. It’s likely only searching forutm_
prefixed variables in the URL.If you have any other questions or feedback about this though, please feel free to reach out and we’d be happy to assist.
