Would you mind sending me a copy of your Site Health so that I can have a better understanding of your site set up?

Please let me know if you have any custom code running on the site that can be turned off to rule that out as a possible contributor to the issue.

Please follow the steps below to retrieve your Site Health Info in the WordPress admin and reply back to us when the details have been added:

1. Navigate to Tools > Site Health in the WordPress admin.
2. Click on the “Info” tab.
3. Click the button to “Copy site info to clipboard”.

The entire output of your Site Health is now copied to your clipboard. You can then paste it into a reply here.

@rolorivas – please navigate to Memberships > Settings > Levels and edit each level, and check if none of your categories have been selected from there.

This feature can be turned off by navigating to Memberships > Settings > Email Templates and selecting the Recurring Payment Reminder template. Edit this template and click on the Disable this email? checkbox before saving the template to turn this feature off.

You would need to override the Membership Account template and display different content based on a member’s level within the template to achieve this.

This is intentional based on your level settings.

Your level has a $0 initial amount, a $5 ($ just used for reference) recurring amount, and a 1 month trial which means that the initial amount is $0 and gives them a month, the trial is $0 and gives them an additional 30 days.

If you want them to sign up today and be charged in 30 days you should only have the initial amount set to $0 – the trial setting should not be enabled.

Because of the trial, the wording, indicates that they are given 60 days: The price for membership is?$0.00?now and then?$5.00 per Month. After your initial payment, your first payment is Free.

If you take the trial off, they get one month free and are then charged: The price for membership is?$0.00?now and then?$5.00 per Month.

I’ve run tests with this theme however the theme doesn’t appear to use the standard the_excerpt() function when showing this content and as a result is showing content that would show when hooked into the_content()

Please try reaching out to the theme author and see if this can be changed in any way, to use the_excerpt in that section of the page instead.
