I’ve got the same issue.

All MX records are right, server is fine, website is fine. Wake up this morning to emails not being able to be sent.

On hold to Godaddy for 40 minutes now.

anyone have a fix?

The button works now as I have the plugin disabled. But as soon as I enable it, it doesn’t work.

The theme I’m using is Enfold with the Boutique child theme. I’m not sure what theme link exactly you are looking for?

Do you need access to the site?

Thanks for responding. You can close this one as I just deleted the stockists I added in before the API worked as they were all stuck on pending. But any new ones I added in worked.

So it is all working now perfectly fine.

My client doesn’t have a child theme running. So I have added the code directly to their functions.php file inside their theme folder.

The theme is called Rehub Theme.

Does it requite a child theme to work? which shouldn’t be ?

Thanks for the response.

I thought it was very strange myself. Every plugin is currently disabled except WooCommerce & Themify Product Filter with the same issue still there.

PHP version is 7.3.14
WordPress version is 5.4.2–en_AU
Divi version is 4.5.3
