In reply to: [Pods - Custom Content Types and Fields] Concatenate 2 custom post typesHi Paul, I saw you’ve been on, does this mean that my query isn’t possible? If not, I’ll get my hands dirty with the loop. ??

In reply to: [Constant Contact Forms] Great when it worksI wish I could, but it’s a client’s website. That said, if connectivity does get better, I’d be very happy to change my review.

You managed to pull failure from the jaws of success. I’ll contact you and your colleague who actually helped me, using your support email address.
I have changed the number of * from 1 to 3 because their support reached out to me overnight and gave me more things to try. One of those things worked for me – checking the URL link, someone had accidentally changed it on the Printul website.
Although the online support was useless (hence 3*), their second line of support did the job. Personally, I’d suggest that the error message on their website should have a link to a FAQ detailing the things to try. This would mean that we would be less likely to have to contact support.
Thanks though for contacting me.

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Broken PrintfulHI @beetzy, I’ve just had exactly the same conversation with them. They spent two minutes looking at the fact that I can no longer sync, and immediately blamed hosting – even though there are no errors on my Wocommerce installation, and no Printful status issues.
@ole1210 PG = Parental Guidance – it’s a term used in the UK to say that the content is ok for children if the parents approve of it. It’s the next step up from Universal, which is content you’d be happy watching with a small child, a nun or your grandparents.
Hi Cais
Thanks for your reply to this – seriously, you’ve excellent. However, I thought that the custom templates were deprecated and weren’t encouraged. Given I’m on the free version atm, is there any documentation I’m allowed to see?
cheers
Jason
Hi Cais,
I’ve worked it out. I didn’t change the template – although de-deprecating the ability to create custom gallery templates would be amazing ?? . I’m using Elementor Pro, and one of the settings is to open images into a lightbox. So what is happening is the Elementor lightbox starts to open, and then is closed down or hidden by the NGG lightbox. This also explains why it took more than one click to close the lightbox.
I fixed the issue by turning off image lightbox in Elementor settings.
Thanks for your help.
Jason
Hi Cais, unfortunately it’s behind a membership action (I could give you access if you’d like it). Here’s the shortcode:
[ngg_images source=”albums” container_ids=”2″ display_type=”photocrati-nextgen_basic_extended_album” gallery_display_type=”photocrati-nextgen_basic_thumbnails” galleries_per_page=”0″ enable_breadcrumbs=”1″ template=”/home/gnrsocie/public_html/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/ngglegacy/view/album-extend.php” enable_descriptions=”0″ override_thumbnail_settings=”1″ thumbnail_width=”240″ thumbnail_height=”160″ thumbnail_crop=”1″ order_by=”sortorder” order_direction=”ASC” returns=”included” maximum_entity_count=”500″]

In reply to: [NGG Smart Image Search] CSS classesHi Harald, that sounds great! Thankyou for that.
I made a short term change to the …public.php file that included adding the following classes in the advanced_thumbnails section: ngg-galleryoverview, ngg-gallery-thumbnail-box, ngg-gallery-thumbnail so I am able to style the gallery view and search results to be exactly the same. I did also amend the direct link to the filename to point instead to the NextGen single image page, but that’s not my greatest bit of coding as hardcodes the path, and the forward and back buttons take you through the album the image is in rather than the search results.
Thank-you again for considering the changes. Your search plugin was recommended to me by Imagely.
cheers

Hi Cais
Thanks for that. It looks like a partial match, I’ll send a message on your contact form.
Thanks for getting in touch with me.
Jason.
