Hello Juan,
Thanks for your message. Just to clarify, when you mention “without any problems”, are you referring to the problem of non-sticky?
I used Edge, Chrome, and Firefox to double-check the link I shared. None of them showed the sticky main image.
By sticky, I mean while I’m scrolling the product title, short description, price table, and the buy button etc on the right, the main image on the left stays in the screen.
Can you reconfirm? Thx.
Best regards.

Hello Juan,
The problem seems to persist on my site. Disabling all other plugins didn’t fix it. Can you kindly check?
Best regards
WooCommerce version: 9.3.1
WordPress version: 6.6.2
YITH WooCommerce Product Gallery & Image Zoom version: 2.36.0There was no response to the issue I’m facing for over a week. If this is as good as the free version’s support gets, I’m unsure whether to upgrade to the paid version in future.
Anyways, above are the version info required by FAQs – Doc of YITH WooCommerce Product Gallery & Image Zoom – YITH (yithemes.com).
Hello, let me chime in to ask, when will the next update be released?
Hello,
I’m wondering whether this issue is related to your plugin or the overall Proteo theme, because sometimes other factors can cause the image to become non-sticky.
Please can you advise?
Hi,
Thanks for your reply! I have found the cause of the problem, it’s from another plugin.
Best regards,

In reply to: [YITH Proteo] Displayed duration of WooCommerce messagesHi Armando,
Thanks for the code. I saw it works fine for the ‘alert’ messages with the green stripe. Which role is for the error messages with the red stripe? Thanks!

After some investigation I solved the issue, as described by the post #26089 of this thread. So, this is not at all related to your plugin, sorry for the wrong reasoning.

Best,
JasonOh hell, I deactivated W3 Total Cache and kept your plugin activated and the probleem was gone. I will contact the developer!
If you know any compatibility issue between W3 TC and your plugin, please let me know. Thanks!
Understood. Thanks Nebu.
Thanks for the workaround, I appreciate it!
Can you let me know when the proper fix will be available? And do I need to remove the workaround when it’s released?
I remember the fix was mentioned earlier this year but no follow-through. It shouldn’t be a complicated fix, right?
