I contacted my web hosting provider and We disabled mod security for our cpanel account and tested. The issue still persists. they said that its not belong to mod security. Its the issue with pug in it self. While disabling the ultimate member plug in all works as expected. Even another wp installation with ultimate member 2.7 works fine

so needed help with plug in either new update ot patch or any code-snippet if that helps

You should download a latest copy from their website and replace the existing plugin in your plug in directory.

Then you will be able to auto update once new version released.

Also the download is not possible if the user does’ provide wp-admin (WordPress back end access)- is there any way to change this?
