Hi. My hunch is that since the Paysimple plugin has yet to be updated in over 8months, it’s become incompatible with WordPress over time. Unfortunately, unless Multidot developer releases a patch, I’m afraid that use of the Paysimple plugin won’t work. Mind you, I have tried changing themes & other remedies that google suggests but to no avail.

With that said, I recommend utilizing Paypal business account (free; no fees per month) OR Stripe. Both API keys & live production work fine for those. I know from experience.

Also, a good idea would be to cancel Paysimple since they charge monthly fees upwards of $45.00USD per month.

Yes, thank you! I have been attempting to utilize this plugin for my merchant account with Paysimple & it is the ONLY plugin that I have ever had difficulty with.
