Yes, in my first post I edited the log for clarity; the actual path shown in the log is the same as your report.

Both bootstrap.php and wfWAFIPBlocksController.php are there.

The only file or folder missing is C:\wp\wp-content\plugins\word, which I don′t know what is it.

The plugin seems to be working fine, though. The only problem are the repeated errors in the php log.

Would you recommend to uninstall and reinstall the plugin again?

Thanks Adam. The problem is when I add a widget to any of the widget areas in this theme (Rye) they don′t show in the pages. This seems to be specific to this theme. Any clue?
