@drwpcom @thaile2704 I have now solved the problem by making the prefix all lowercase characters (thank you for your suggestions @thaile2704 ). Although this is now solved for me, I still don’t understand why WooCommerce is reading uppercase as lowercase. Would this be something that WooCommerce would be able to fix in its next update?
