While “feature rich” is a subjective feeling, some of the things you mention are unfortunately simply untrue.
Photos were never a part of the free plugin, all that users could do was add avatars and covers.
PeepSo does not add (and never did) any site members – it only inherits whatever users you already might have had.
As for features, the free product receives updates continuously – over the years, previously paid plugins like Reactions, Blogposts, Moods, Mentions, Hashtags were merged into the free Foundation at no cost. Just to mention a few new features in the free plugin – saved posts, name based avatars, new login/registration security measures.
And our Bundles are receiving constant price cuts and plugin extensions. For example the Basic Bundle used to be 4 plugins at $150, now is 6 plugins at $99. Starter was cut from 250 to 200 and got an extra plugin. The Ultimate Bundle used to be 350, now is 300 and we constantly add new plugins to it. All of them have the free Gecko theme included.
Unfortunately it’s not in our immediate priorities list. Google has issues indexing AJAX content and our WP XML Sitemaps feature is only in alpha.
With the majority of communities being closed / private and not many having public-facing posts, it’s hard to prioritize this over other features like events calendar, mobile app / push notifications or vendor marketplaces – which is what we are focusing in this year.

In reply to: [Community by PeepSo - Download from PeepSo.com] “?” in profile addressHello! There is a setting for that in Admin > PeepSo > Configuration > Advanced > Enable SEO Friendly links (BETA)
With this enabled, PeepSo attempts to use “real” URLs. This is a beta feature though, and as such, not supported. It works on some servers, but ont on some, and tends to clash with some SEO plugins.

In reply to: [Community by PeepSo - Download from PeepSo.com] Peepso Modified my DatabasePeepSo does not modify the default WP database. *_peepso_users is our own meta table, and it is needed by our plugin. You should still have the *_users table.
It seems to be a WordPress issue, but please send a support ticket and we’ll be likely able to help. We do not provide support through any other channels.
Maybe the cracked version corrupted your database and you need a fresh install. There is no way of knownig. One way or another, we don’t provide support via this forum.
The hacked versions of PeepSo often have bugs introduced in the process of “nulling”. That might be the root of your problem in the first place.
Not to mention the “nulled” versions more often than not conceal all kinds of nasty stuff, like trojans which will allow the author of the hack to take over any site running pirated plugins / themes.
3.0.0.1 is 4 months old and 2 major releases behind. That can be another issue.
You are asking for free support on pirated code, modified/hacked by some unknown third party, and terribly out of date.
I do not see how that is our responsibility.
We do support free PeepSo Foundation, though – but only the latest release. And only if the site in question is not running pirate software – we don’t take responsibility for other people’s code. Especially if their code is a modification to ours.
Also, we only provide tech support via our own website, as clearly stated in the sticky post on this forum.

In reply to: [Community by PeepSo - Download from PeepSo.com] Cyrillic user name problemAs far as I know WordPress itself does not allow special chars like these in usernames. But name / last name will work fine.
If you have any further questions / follow up please send us a support ticket, as we do not provide support over these forums.

In reply to: [Community by PeepSo - Download from PeepSo.com] Extend the profiles tabsI’m afraid it’s not as simple as it sounds, and it’s not something we are going to implement, as it would lead to too much support.
It’s a feature we prefer to stay limited to developers.

In reply to: [Community by PeepSo - Download from PeepSo.com] Extend the profiles tabsProfile tabs can only be added with custom code, but it’s pretty advanced
https://www.peepso.com/documentation/filter-profile-navigation/
At the moment only “single select” custom fields are searchable

In reply to: [Community by PeepSo - Download from PeepSo.com] Registration by admin onlyYou can disable registrations, or you can leave it open but decide the admin has to approve all new users.
@nmfauzy the code in question will crash on PHP older than 7. You need to update your hosting to PHP 7.

I don’t think you will get much from the team that runs the paid plugins – they don’t seem to answer any questions ever, including refund requests and chargebacks. The only semi-active people are around the free product, but the paid one has apparently zero support.
My company decided to keep using AS despite the absolute radio silence, but we started forking the paid plugins and improving them to our needs – at some point if the AS team doesn’t pick up the slack, we will start selling the forks ourselves.
