In reply to: Error when trying to add new themeHi
I hope you understand that the link you posted needs admin credentials for others to view. Please post a screenshot of the error. Also please check whether the theme that you are trying to upload/activate is compatible with your WP version.

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] Student EnrollmentHi @anim07
I’m running on WP 5.4 and Php 7.2.
Yes, they are showing after they are enrolled in to a course, is that how its supposed to be. So is it set in such manner that only such student gets validated, where does other student or anyone who register through student/instructor registration data go?
Thanks for the support and clarifications.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] Student EnrollmentHi @anim07
I’m stuck in the bug you mentioned for last two days, I have built the website with docent theme and installed everything as per the documentation, everything worked fine with courses & woocommerce, but issue is when a new student registers.
The student is getting registered & can enroll in course, but the details are not showing in the LMS student list admin backend.
The student list is blank.I got this error while trying with docent theme, I tried a bit to solve it, but later I uninstalled my WP & tried with a fresh install & default 20-20 with no other additional plugins other than tutor lms & woocommerce. But same issue persists. This is a wonderful in subdomain.
Could you please help me out with this.
Same issue with me also, student is getting registered & can enroll in course, but the details are not showing in the LMS student list admin backend.

I’m trying to build a lms website with docent theme. I have created a Woocommerce (simple) Product – (Dashboard > Products > Add New), added categories and tags. Now when I create the course I can add it as a product by choosing the product from the dropdown list.
But when I’m adding another course, the dropdown list gets blank and does not show any product, not even the one I created. Please help me with thisScreenshot –
