Individual pics Smush just fine. The only problem is bulk.

And, you know, there are only 31,005 images in the gallery ?? However, the bulk job fails almost instantly. Sound like it cannot load the processing list into memory.

Thanks for contacting WP Engine. Unfortunately as we are not experts on P3 we can’t exactly troubleshoot the issue you’re having. We don’t know how it works so we don’t exactly know what it’s trying to do to see why that thing is successful. If you can get more support from them on what might be causing this or what P3 does in the code we might be able to assist further but without something like this there isn’t anything we can do.

I am having a similar issue. Some of our writers are putting in triple-slashes which resolve to internal links and are not caught. So, for example, https:///www.barefootcontesss.com resolves to: https://birmingham.styleblueprint.com/www.barefootcontessa.com

Love Broken Link Checker but I have about 100+ of these to track down. Any thoughts?

Found the first problem – curl was not installed. Now get the error that the s3temp directory is not writable. I set it to 777. Any advice appreciated.

Please remind me, whenever anything is wrong with WordPress it is always a plugin. In this case it was Google Analytics Dashboard. Disabled and now all is right with the world.
