EasyRecipe only shows ratings if there are some.

It picks up ratings left by commenters – if you look at your comment entry box you’ll see “Rate this recipe:” just above the Submit button.

As soon as someone leaves a comment with a rating, the ratings will show in the recipe itself.

EasyRecipe loads its own version of jQuery UI CSS, but it actually loads the jQuery core code from Google. This was to get around a bug in the jQuery dialog widget in the jQuery that was supplied with earlier WordPress versions.

The next update of EasyRecipe loads the standard WordPress jQuery code, so the use-google-libraries plugin should work just fine.

The ability to add more than one recipe in a post is coming in version 3 (soon!).

However if you have a multi-part recipe as opposed to two different recipes, like a sauce that goes with the main dish, enter an ingredient or instruction line which starts with an exclamation mark to make a heading for that part of the recipe.

For example, in the recipe at https://www.easyrecipeplugin.com/demo.php, “Toast” and “Ham and Eggs” were entered as “!Toast” and “!Ham and Eggs” in both the ingredient and instructions

The latest update (2.2.8) should fix the recipe name background color.

Ratings won’t show until someone actually leaves a comment and rates the recipe.

I’m not sure what you have in mind here. If you can explain what you need in more detail, we may be able to help.

The errors are from badly formed microformatting inherent in Thesis WP themes (as well as many others – including the WP default). The next version of EasyRecipe (3.0 – due out in a few weeks) will have an option to remove badly formed microformatting. If you’re game, you can edit your theme files and remove the “hfeed”, “hentry” and “vcard” class names and that should remove those errors.
