Still getting an error when I click “View your profile” (which tries to open https://www.ads-software.com/support/profile/jayceorpan). However, when I click on my gravatar (which tries to open https://profiles.www.ads-software.com/jayceorpan/), it goes to my profile where I was able to change my name.

Personally, I think the developers at www.ads-software.com are messing with things.

Hmmm… I had very similar errors. My client’s site was going extremely slow in the admin area. I looked for help and found your post. When I tried to view your post, I got a 502 error. I hit refresh and it recovered.

I signed into another client’s site and found no issues.

I went back to the site that was having the issues. Suddenly, everything is fine.

Because of getting the 502 error, my guess is that it was an issue with www.ads-software.com!

Or, if it was some issue from my hosting provider, they fixed it while I was investigating!
