  • Hi Sean,

I appreciate your update here. ??

I understand that your client may be difficult to get a hold of thanks to your explanation of them being real life cowboys! We’ll be here when you are ready, so please take all the time you need to connect with them and gather the details.

We’ll be on the lookout for your response in the meantime!

    Warm regards,

    Jay

    Hi Sean,

Thank you for reaching out about our GoDaddy Payments plugin. I’d be glad to assist you here. ??

To start, I’d like to clarify some of the information to ensure that I both understand the situation and can provide you with an accurate resolution.

You mentioned that you are asking your client specifically what they are doing (to create the issue I assume). Could you let me know what your client is doing if you now have the information?

Also, is this issue, and your client’s process for creating it, 100% replicable or is this only occurring sometimes given the same scenario?

    Best,

    Jay

    Hi there,

I’m from the GoDaddy Payments Support team. Happy to assist you. ??

Apple Pay is only available via the built-in GoDaddy Payments option that comes with our hosting plans. Or, in other words, Apple Pay is not available when using our stand-alone GoDaddy Payments plugin. Based off the screenshot you provided, it appears that you are using our stand-alone GoDaddy Payments plugin, thus why Apple Pay is not available.

Could you please let me know if this helps answer your question or if there are any other questions I can assist with?

    Best,

    GoDaddy Payments Team

    Hey there,

It has been a long time since we heard from you, so I’m going to mark this topic as resolved.

If you’re still experiencing issues please take a look at our FAQs for more information and create a new thread if you have further questions.

    Thanks,
    GoDaddy Payments Support

    Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out about our GoDaddy Payments plugin and allowing us the opportunity to assist you here.

There is not a sandbox account option, nor test credit cards, for GoDaddy Payments. However, our team is working hard to implement it in the near future.

Currently, in order to test GoDaddy Payments, you will need to create a GoDaddy Payments account and test transactions live with a product. Could you please let me know if this helps answer your question, or if I can provide any additional information?

    Best,

    GoDaddy Payments Support
