Thanks for the reply, I am sad I cannot use the plugin as I need to be able to have custom forms, thanks for the help anyhow.

Is there any way to make a custom form and have the submitted data show in a RSS feed?

So, you have a standard page. I would like say, 10-15 recent submissions to appear on the page before it starts making pages 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 if you get me..

So as you can see from the screenshot above, somebody submits the information through a simple user form, once they have ‘submitted’ said information it will appear as above, maybe not exactly like that but something similar.
