Hi @phillcoxon thanks for the response. The gallery settings for “Casita 4” did already have the Lightbox option set to “FooBox”.

Disabled lightbox in Avada and no luck.

To note: we are embedding the shortcode in an Avada page builder. Going to investigate that.

I have the same problem, I have created a custom page to use as my member directory page, called “Clients”. I’m using Avada, copied members.php into the child theme /templates folder. Doesn’t seem to work.
