    Hello @waseemsannib,

Since you are using WP Bakery, it’s best to raise this question on WP Bakery’s official support. I think the ‘Pagination’ option is currently not available in WP Bakery. There have ‘Pageable’ feature in WP Bakery. You can use that if it will suffice your needs. Also, there might have been some add-on plugins to extend WP Bakery features. Try that way too.

    Hi @ignaziodimaio,

I think it’s not possible. According to my knowledge, WordPress only allows one screenshot per theme. You have to clarify my statement. Raise a reply here if I am wrong.

    Hi @99easyshop,

Your question is purely related to the theme customization. You have to contact Rehub theme support to achieve the things mentioned in the query.

Don’t hesitate to raise further questions.

    Hi @hidrolix,

I know you can’t share the URL here to reproduce the issue. Try to do that if the issue persists. One of the cause of this kind of issues are the ‘Cache’ plugins. It’s recommended to not use ‘Cache’ plugins on websites under development. Try clearing the cache. Hope this solves your problem.

    Hi @accend4web,

I never heard about a way to show Google Analytics data to the public without any authentications. Most probably there is no way to achieve that. Because it’s unsecured to allow showing Analytics data without authentications.

There are too many analytics services like ‘Google Analytics’. Try some of them and let me know if they have any features like this.

    Hello @shihab2022,

Hope you are fine. Have you ever tried the Duplicator plugin? I think this plugin might do this job for you. I recently tried out migrating my live website to the local by using ‘Duplicator’. It was a success. Hope you are good at using MAMP, WAMP, Local or any WordPress Development environment tools. Here is a guide on how you can do this task without any confusion.

Never hesitate to raise further questions.

    Thank You,
    Jazeel

    Hello @ivan1308,

You are right. The theme installed on your website is broken. Look’s like you are using Elementor to build the theme. I can assume that this problem is anyhow related to Elementor. Please try the following ways to get rid of the problem.

    • Clear cache if you are using any cache plugin.
    • Can you see any notification from Elementor on your WordPress dashboard. Look for a notification like ‘Elementor Data Updater’. Click on the button of the notification to run the update.
    • ‘Regenerate CSS & Data’ by following this guide if issue still persists.

Now, that’s all for you. Hope any of the ways work for you. Let me know if you have further questions.

    Hi @waseemsannib,

Hope you’re well. Nothing to worry about your slow-loading website. I analyzed your website and identified some issues causing bad loading time. Rectifying these issues will make your website fast-loading.

    • Minify CSS and JS by installing any optimization plugins. WP Optimize is the best free plugin to achieve this. WP Rocket is a paid best-performing alternative.
    • Implementing a cache will also make your website fast-loading. WP Optimize and WP Rocket also have the same feature.
    • Connecting your site to any of the Content Delivery Network (CDN) is also a good way to achieve faster loading speed. There are so many CDN services out there. But I am recommending you to use Cloudflare, which is free.
    • There are too many images on your website. Try installing any image optimization plugins to serve optimized lightweight images to your users. Smush Image Optimization is one of the best among such plugins.
    • Are you installed any unwanted plugins. If so, try deleting such plugins from the site.

I prepared these recommendations by analyzing your website. There are too many other ways to increase the loading speed of the website. Let me know how extent your website loading speed improved after implementing my recommendations.

    Cheers,

    Hey @aspengrovestudios,

It’s showing there. I think you have to look carefully at the WP and Divi Icons plugin page. According to the plugin page, there are two changes to Version 2.0.9. The screenshot of the same is given below.

So, nothing to worry and it’s safe to use this version of the plugin on your website.

I am here to help you if have any further queries.

    Thank You,
    Jazeel

    Hi @laptopprice,

The recommended way to create a multilingual website is to use any plugins. Have you ever tried making a multilingual website using any plugins? You can also accomplish this task via themes. But I think there are some limitations. Refer here to learn more about how to upload a custom font to the Kadence theme.

Also, it’s better to post this query on the support forum page of Kadence theme. This will make things easier. Kadence theme support team will answer your questions there.

    Hi @erichalpenny,

Glad to hear that. Solving these kinds of errors is easy for an efficient hosting support team. That is why I suggested it in the beginning

    Hi @erichalpenny,

As you told me, https://erichalpenny.com/blog/ is still inaccessible and showing a ‘403 forbidden error’. So, the problem is only with this specific page, and the rest of the website is loading fine. There are many potential causes for this kind of error. It’s hard to find the exact reason behind the error. The support team of your hosting might help you better. This might probably be a server-related issue like the server overriding the WordPress configurations. You can also try a few of the recommendations given below. Ensure to take a backup before proceeding.

    • Check for any file or directory named ‘events’ in the WordPress root directory. Delete empty ‘events’ file or directory.
    • There is a chance your .htaccess file is corrupted. Look to the .htaccess file and rewrite it as shown here. Restore it in case you deleted it earlier.
    • Ensure that each file’s permissions in the WP directory are up to right. Refer to this guide to do it right.

Don’t hesitate to rise more questions here if you need further assistance.

    Hey @gadgilaniket,

You are welcome. Glad to see it works.

    Hi @madferret,

Basically in desktop view the images don’t show up

It looks like you are using Tiled Gallery of Jetpack to show images. As you told, the tiled gallery not loading fine on my end too. Looks fine in smaller devices but it sucks in case of bigger devices like desktop. I think this happens due to plugin conflict.

At first, you must ‘Deactivate’ all plugins except Jetpack. Then ‘Activate’ each plugins. You should reload your homepage in desktop after activating each plugins. Remember to clear cache every time. Most probably the culprit might be any of the cache or optimization plugin you are using.

forgive me if what I am about to write finds solution somewhere but I could not find it.

If still issue persists, you can throw same question on support page of Jetpack. There you will get direct suggestions from official Plugin support.

Don’t hesitate to ask further questions if you need.

    Thank You,
    Jazeel

I know, how frustrating is these kind of errors are. ‘403 Forbidden error’ is the familiar one in the industry. There are several ways to get rid out of this error. You already tried one of the legit way among them by deleting htaccess file. Unfortunately, it doesn’t works in every case. Your scenario might bit little different.

I tried visiting your site now. It’s working fine at my end. Hope on your side too. The file permissions issue may ended up in the error in your case. Also, it’s best to contact support of your hosting support in case of similar errors. Most of the reputed hosting providers have dedicated team to resolve these kind errors.
