I found the solution, or at least it worked for me.
If you have the Admin Drop Down Menu plugin installed, just deactivate it.
You can type your this in your browser’s address bar to gain access to your plugin page – https://www.YourBlogAddress/wp-admin/plugins.php .
If it doesn’t work, try deactivating other plugins on the page.
