ok so,nothing has helped and i am gong to need a installation for dummies because i dont want to cause any more harm then i have already the good news is that i did BACK UP my wordpress files that is holding everyting to my website, i just dont know how to re-install to bring it all back up

i keep getting a message in my editor that i need to have a written code for something within my website under admin, but now i am not even able to log onto my site anymore based on the error message that i keep receiving so i thought that i could fix it based on what is related within the error messages.

BELOW is taken from my Edit File (wp-settings.php)from my site. and i wanted to do was change the permission access; however something went wrong.

kmessinger, thank you so much, i kind of figured it out after reading the message that i had been receiving, but now my lastest message is show above, so i think that i must have accidently deleted a code somewhere. but over all reading the codes and learning is really interesting..
