In reply to: [Rife Free] Image Positioned Incorrectly on TabletThanks for the follow up
1. I just realized that Elementor is not true WYSIWYG! It loads all albums, including drafts in edit mode, but the preview does show the content correctly. This could also explain the odd behavior when changing filter operators, but it isn’t a big deal.
2. It would be nice to be able to control the content and order of albums. Thanks for all your help.

In reply to: [Rife Free] Image Positioned Incorrectly on TabletBased on suggestion above I used Post List widget in a default page.
1. Unless I am missing something very basic, it appears there’s no way to control the scope of the list in Data Source Settings — all albums are listed, including unpublished drafts! I guess it’s possible to assign a unique category to albums but this seems like an awkward workaround.
2. The category filter operators IN and AND change the content of the album list even when the Album Categories is empty. Is this OK?Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Rife Free] Image Positioned Incorrectly on TabletOdd… why wont album list behave just like another page?
I will start another thread with a question about the post list widget…Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Rife Free] Image Positioned Incorrectly on TabletRemoving the gap and setting the column position to ‘stretch’ solved the problem!
I am unable to do the same on the album list page https://moomtaj.com/albums/. The page seems to have a different structure and I cannot get Elementor to respond with the top section menu, as if the album list does not reside in a section.
Unless there’s an obvious answer, I will explore further and start a new support thread.
Thanks for your help.

In reply to: [Rife Free] Image Positioned Incorrectly on TabletI am certainly editing pages not albums. In fact, the option to edit with Elementor isn’t available if you are in an album.
The problem was caused by a caching plugin that confused Elementor…. I’ll test the gap settings soon.

In reply to: [Rife Free] Slider images gap/overlap on Android PhoneScreenshots of Samsung Galaxy S8:

https://1drv.ms/u/s!AqrcgLNLpcnmhPQKhErjQh3AZbGCAwNotice the light hairline on the left edge – it is a sliver of the previous image in the slider.
Looking closely at the image that is in portrait mode, looks like perhaps the same appears on the right edge.
I hope this helps.

In reply to: [Rife Free] Image Positioned Incorrectly on TabletI am editing the page ??
The message says “You must call ‘the_content’ function in the current template om order for Elementor to work on this page.”
All the pages are replicates of the demo that was downlaoded with Rife.

In reply to: [Rife Free] Image Positioned Incorrectly on TabletHi,
The pages were not created by Elementor. Trying to edit them with Elementor generates errors message: “Preview Could Not Be Loaded” and “The Content Area Was Not Found in Your Page”.

In reply to: [Rife Free] Album Media Item SelectionRight… I was envisioning an introduction auto-play slider with dynamic content. Other portfolio albums will have the traditional behavior for the reasons you have cited.
Something to think about…Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Rife Free] Album Media Item SelectionHow can your suggestion work in a slider, though?
Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Rife Free] Album Media Item SelectionThanks for your comments and suggestions. You may have missed the intent behind the question. The goal is not to exclude images that should have not been in the album in the first place. The idea is to manage thematically-related content dynamically.
Presently, visitors always have the same experience: same albums and same content. In order to change the content, one has to manually add/remove images and/or switch albums. With the option to display only a portion of album’s images (all of them worth displaying), the breath of the portfolio can be demonstrated without forcing the viewer to sit through the exact same content every time (even if in random order). For website owners that care about the number of page visits, this is an easy way to deliver different content to encourage repeat visits.
I realize this is not possible today. The question was whether this might be a future feature.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Rife Free] Disabling Image Title DisplayCool, that fixed it!
Thanks for your help!Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Rife Free] Disabling Image Title DisplayI started from “Frame” demo. All pages in the website were cloned directly from the pages that came with the theme installation in order to preserve their setup.
Here is what I just tried:
1. Added one of the demo albums to an existing page.
2. Created a new page and added a demo album without changing any of the page or album settings
In both cases images titles are still displayed.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Rife Free] Disabling Image Title DisplayThanks for the suggestion, but, no, these plugins are disabled. The only active plugins at the moment are Apollo13 Framework Extensions,Rife Elementor Extensions and Eelementor.
Other than that I like the theme because of the good balance between a straightforward structure and customization capabilities.
