Hey did you get this issue resolved? I’m having the same problem after doing the same thing. It’s about to drive me nuts! Using WP 3.4.1

Maybe I have not been clear. The issue of not being able to log in to WP has been resolved. I have come to the conclusion that the reason I could not access my site via my computer, but others can elsewhere, is because there is a firewall within my router. Sometimes I can access, sometimes I can’t. I can pull up the site this morning! I just need to figure out how to lower the firewall or I’ll have to plug through ethernet everytime. I currently work via my laptop wirelessly.

@ Krishna and @ kmessinger….ok, if my site has been hacked, why can others access it elsewhere. I called my cable provider and they can pull the site with no problem. I also accessed the site via a mobile device that does not route through my modem. So, thanks for your comments, but I still do not believe it has been hacked or contain malicious material. It it is hacked, would the cable co. still be able to access & pull up my site?

@ Krishna: I did restore my site and it has worked fine for several days. I do not believe it is infected with malware. My concerns are ip connectivity issues.

@esmi I tried your suggestion and pretty much reloaded everything. Has been working fine since, but every now and then I get this message:
This webpage is not available
The connection to jbchurch.net63.net was interrupted.

But…when I access via check my host (000webhost) domain tool – proxy the site says HTTP ok.

I also checked via https://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/
it says the site is up.

I’ve check my firewalls, modem etc. Why might I keep getting this? (is it from my end or my 000webhost?)

This is the error I’m getting:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_is_mobile() in /home/a9017304/public_html/wp-admin/index.php on line 22

Can’t access my dashboard. I’m new to this to detailed help would be appreciated.
