I never got a solution. I deactivated Contact Form 7 and it didn’t work. Text is still white. :-/

Hi Mark,
This happens in every browser. I am typing direct, although I tried copying the text from the editor into a notepad file, and pasting back into the editor – the text still came up white.

Here are my active plugins:

The settings are correct. I’ll try Ryan’s suggestion and then contact GoDaddy if it still doesn’t work. Thanks guys!

i went into phpMyadmin and changed it back to jenniferbillock.com/new – i needed a site up that worked so i put my old one back up on the root. but now i still can’t get into WP admin because of the 500 internal service error. is there anything i can do at all to get access to my wordpress site again?

also, now i can no longer access the file manager in godaddy – i get an error message “could not get directory info.” not sure if it’s related or not.

ok, i figured that out… changed the URL and home page rows… still getting the internal error at jenniferbillock.com/new, still can’t log in to WP admin.

My hosting is in GoDaddy. You mean go into GoDaddy and change the URL/homepage in there? Since I can’t log in to WP admin. I’m totally new at this so I don’t know how to do anything in a database on phpMyadmin… I don’t even know what that means. ??
