Thanks. The theme is beaver builder and it’s using the vanilla core customizer theme support. This install is WP rocket and cloudflare so I can believe it if caching still had it stuck somewhere despite multiple cache flushes.

If the “don’t allow other plugins” option is meant to handle even theme support from customizer then I’m wondering if category podcasts are introducing a wrinkle for me.

Will investigate some more. Thanks for verifying that this function is supposed to correct the site identity. That helps!

I did find a very temporary workaround. Using inspect element, I can delete the css rules that set the item height in the menu. That allows more items to fit on screen (at least until you click).

It was a great run when you had the plugin. Now, I see errors and notices that deprecated functions are used and occassional PHP errors. Too bad — it was fun when you had it.

I think the new owners tried the monetization thing. Now, the only function I use the plugin for is to push the link on publish. I believe I should probably write a hook function myself now and make my own because they are letting this plugin fall apart.

Thank you, especially because you’re response makes me think that the headers error I reported elsewhere is preventing me from seeing the news stats!

I only see the simple graph — and the cannot write headers info must be blocking what the page is supposed to look like.

Well, let’s get the errors sorted out, and I’ll see what is really on the page!

Frederick, mine is doing this, too… The button is a lie, it just links back to the home page.

How did you get yours to work? I’ve tried from several devices and it sends me to this screen.

Try turning off wp.me shortlinks in jetpack. that worked for me, although I am using the add link to Facebook plugin on the site where I saw the problem.

I have not seen the problem on a site that publishes with Jetpack only.
