This appears to be working now. The default image (the same one) is appearing for my imported feeds, which is great. It would be awesome to have the option to vary those default images. Really easy to set up this plug in!

It appears a default image is rendering, which is great! It is using the 3rd option, Post Type / Post. So, I adjusted the first image settings to those to test if the first image will render instead.

If I do find out that those settings Post Type / Post work, can I set all three images with those settings and hypothetically I could have THREE random default images? Or will only the first default image appear?

Does that make sense?

Sure. The screenshots below demonstrate the settings from the top to the bottom as I see them in the WP Admin panel. Thank you for taking a look.

Thanks for getting back. I use INO reader to create the RSS feed and then use Feedzy plugin import to post feature to render the feed on different parts of the site.

I have selected to NOT use an external image in the Feedzy settings.

In Quick Featured Images under default settings I have:
–>Activate to automatically overwrite an existing featured image while saving a post
–>Activate to automatically use the first content image if available in the media library as featured image while saving a post

I have only one post type (post) and category (NBA) that I am using the plugin with so the taxonomy is set to category, category and post type (the last one I changed arbitrarily).

Maybe it’s in the Feedzy settings?
