I created a new feed with a new access token. Unfortunately, the same thing is happening when a new post is made on Facebook. You can see the results on our home page…. https://greencircletrail.org/. I haven’t manually cleared the cache yet, which always temporarily fixes the issue.
Thank you for your assistance. I have created a new feed and inserted it into the home page. I then manually cleared the cache. I will watch to see if this fixes the issue!
I already have the 1-hour cache time set in the settings. If I manually click the “clear cache” button, the feed works fine for a while. But when a new post is made on our Facebook page, you see the results that are currently shown on our home page. It seems like the cache is not being cleared automatically, like it should.
I have sent the same message above using the blue “Support” button from the feed edit.
It appears that the feed looks fine until a new post is made on Facebook. Then the feed loses its photos and won’t update with the new post, until the “Clear Cache” button is manually pressed. I will not clear the cache at this time so that you can see what it looks like. https://greencircletrail.org/
Thank you!
This worked perfectly! Thank you so much for your assistance!
Ah, that makes more sense! I have added the PHP tag to the code, and everything seems to working perfectly. Thank you so much for your assistance!
Thank you for your assistance. I copied the code above and saved it into a file called forminator-plugin-fix.php. I uploaded this PHP file to wp-content/mu-plugins folder.
I now see the code listed at the top of every settings page. And I still am unable to save any changes to the settings of Photonic. In addition, several other dashboards do not work with this file in place (Smart Slider Dashboard, Media Library, etc.)
Here is a screenshot of the dashboard with the code listed on top… https://friendsofschmeeckle.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/Capture.png

Thank you for the update, Adam. I look forward to seeing a patch that would address the compatibility issue between Forminator and Photonic. They’re both incredible plugins!
Thank you so much for the quick reply! I disabled all of the plugins and started reactivating them. It turns out that Forminator is the plugin that is causing the conflict, which is unfortunate since all of my forms are created with this plugin. Has this been an issue on other WordPress sites?
I haven’t seen this fixed with any of the updated versions. However, with a workaround, I was able to change the player window to a custom size. I added the following to the WordPress Customizing menu, “Additional CSS”…
.yotu-lightbox-content {
width: 98vw !important;
overflow-y: hidden !important;
}My goal was to have the popup player play at a full-screen size. This seems to work! https://wchf.org/past_inductions/

In reply to: [10Web Social Post Feed] Feed is not showing number of “Likes”I realize that this is likely an old screenshot from the plugin, but as I was doing some searching, it appears that the plugin used to show the number of likes below a post… in addition to the number of shares and comments. This would be a great feature to add back!

In reply to: [10Web Social Post Feed] Feed is not showing number of “Likes”Thank you for your response. Just curious… why is there an option to “Show likes” in the Main tab’s “View settings” if likes are only shown in the Lightbox? Is this a feature that will be implemented in the future?
I would definitely recommend adding this as a number below the main posts on the feed. Showing users the number of likes on each post is a core feature for Facebook feeds.
Adding the text-indent code to the Additional CSS worked perfectly. Thank you for all of your assistance!

This worked! Thank you for the quick reply. I didn’t notice that there were other category options besides the “Google Photos settings.”
As a follow-up, I now see that the size of some of my thumbnails has changed, and it no longer creates an exact grid layout. For example, compare “Mushrooms and flowers” with “Paper Mill Trail.” Does this have to do with the length of the title?
