In reply to: [Simple Ecommerce Shopping Cart Plugin- Sell products through Paypal] Con ManHe simply answered you by i-phone because he was away on holiday without access to his computer. How many support folks are prepared to do that? If he was at his computer back a work, he would go right into your back office on your own system to fix things right, like he did for me when I wanted something customized, but couldn’t figure it out. I find his premium plug in works perfectly. I had a couple problems, but the problems ended up being me in getting it right on my end , not the software.

Webimagestudio- evidently this week NIAZ was on a well earned rest, I didn’t get a response for a while either because I didn;t know he was away, but he helped fix my problem from his iphone on holiday yesterday. Maybe try him again-he does usually try hard to make sure things are working right. He fixed mine yesterday, and of course, it was a mistake I had made, not the software.
Alev- It’s worth getting the PRO version, and NIAZ does provide good back up. He was away for some of this week for a well earned rest, but he resolved my problem even while he was on holiday, which was my fault anyway.
All good-thanks.JC
That’s right- Thanks again NIAZ- it was my fault, I accidentally deleted that when I was writing a new auto email reply.
Ok- Niaz- At least you are well! Please see my e-mails at earliest chance.
This is what the Niaz premium shopping cart does- delivers a protected link that they can then download after paying for it-except currently mine has stopped delivering as it is supposed to, and I am desperately waiting on NIAZ to show up on this forum and correct it. In as far as s3 is concerned- you will have to do more research on this if you are not aware, as the walk through on understanding this is more than I can give right now.
No- But I would presume you would just be sending an mp3 file, which could be placed on Amazon S3 just like any other digital file and delivered upon the sale. I deliver mp4 files which are much larger files than audio files.
I am having exactly the same issue now in that after a client pays via Paypal, the email providing the download link is not arriving for the client. It was working in the testing stage, and it worked on my first client, but now it isn’t, and I don’t know why or how to fix it, and I have to spend more money on a large file service and send thye file manually-which doesn’t help if the order comes in at 3am and customers are freaking out.
Niaz, what is going on? I gave you a glowing report after getting set up.
I have sent you several emails, support tickets and even called you-but still no response-This is past the critical stage and I would appreciate your urgent response-Jason
