In reply to: Media and Text Block Changing Paragraphs to QuotesHi!
First, I love the genre (horror) on the site. Second, one thing I am curious about is how you are creating that. I took a look at the link from the other topic and saw the page’s markup. I do see there is a blockquote that is wrapping a paragraph element.
Are you clicking Add block > Image. Or how are you doing that?

I’m going to close this out as you do already have a topic started. Please do continue on that thread.

In reply to: Update WordPress failedHey there!
If you haven’t already, you could also try manually updating WordPress. This does provide a good step by step guide on how as well: https://www.ads-software.com/documentation/article/updating-wordpress/#manual-update
Hope that helps
Hey there,
One thing that can be done, if you haven’t already, is deactivating all plugins to see if that resolves the issue. The other would be enabling error logging – again, if you haven’t already – to see what the error is. Do you happen to know how to do that?

In reply to: I can’t create or update wp-admin/post.phpHi there,
What have you tried to resolve this so far? One thing you could try, if you haven’t already, is disabling all plugins and using a core bundled theme like Twenty Twenty-Four to see if that resolves the issue.

In reply to: Multisite DB – delete tables of dumped siteSo it may not be exact
wp_blogs
but most likely along those lines. Do remember that the prefix can be changed from the wp-config file – so what you may be looking for is{prefix}_blogs
table that will have IDs and domains listed.Let us know if that helps

In reply to: Multisite DB – delete tables of dumped siteHey there!
It’s been a really, really long time since I looked over any multisite/network site and I actually had to search for this too.
The really interesting part was that the codex was still a bit useful but I’m sure it hasn’t changed much either. This page: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Database_Description#Table:_wp_blogs
The
blog_id
from what I can recall and see is what correlates to thewp_{id}_
Hopefully that helps you out!

In reply to: How to Deactivate ALL Plugins on a Blank Admin Page? And I totally realized I didn’t mention what folder but I’m sure you’ll see it. In the
wp-content/
folders you would see are/plugins
and/themes
and/uploads
It would be the plugins folder you could temporarily rename to deactivate them
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: How to Deactivate ALL Plugins on a Blank Admin Page? That folder will be available in the
wp-content/
but not all sites would have that. That is more often created by a user is the reason. Odds are your site may not have that but did want to make you aware of that just in case.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: How to Deactivate ALL Plugins on a Blank Admin Page?Hey there!
One way would be using SFTP. This page does touch on how as well: https://developer.www.ads-software.com/advanced-administration/upgrade/ftp/
The plugins folder could be renamed and that will effectively disables all plugins. That does not include any that might reside in a
mu-plugins
folder which are always enabled.Hope that helps you out a bit

In reply to: WordPress Admin areas are failingHi there!
What version of WordPress? If you open the developer tools (pressing F12) and if you look in the console tab, does it show any errors? If so, what are those errors?

In reply to: Komoot map not displaying on frontendHi there!
From the looks of things that could be a plugin causing that. First thing that came to mind would be deactivating plugins to see which one is doing that. I feel like that
vc_
is visual composer but it’s been a long time since I’ve seen/used that.If deactivating the plugin does resolve that, I suggest reaching out to the plugin’s support.

In reply to: I found a bug in the support forumsthat post doesn’t even show as locked because they normally have a padlock next to it.
So… reviews are the odd duck of the forums. And I say that because they can be edited for a much longer period of time – or rather the original post can be.
The reason that first one is showing as locked is because a moderator did lock that. The icon doesn’t always show either on some until after a really long time. I want to say 1 year but when I tried to see one example I had to go back nearly 4 years for the first one to display.
I did create a meta ticket if you so choose to follow is located here: https://meta.trac.www.ads-software.com/ticket/7612
If you would also like to know more on how to make those yourself if you do encounter other issues, this does provide some information as well: https://www.ads-software.com/support/forum-user-guide/block-editor/#bug-and-enhancement-reports
