I tested my plug-ins for conflicts and, after disabling them, found none.
I then swapped my theme based on advice from this support doc: https://help.time.ly/customer/portal/articles/978184-i-have-a-theme-conflict-what-can-i-do-
Discovered the problem is being caused by some kind of conflict with my theme, Rebirth (purchased here: https://themeforest.net/item/rebirth-the-wordpress-theme-for-churches/1167055 )
However, after checking the box for “Skip in_the_loop() check that protects against multiple calendar output” in the calendar advanced settings; and checking my footer.php script for “<?php wp_footer(); ?>” (it is there). I am out of options.
Love the plug-in, would like to continue using it. I have too much time invested in my current them to abandon it. Any suggestions?

Timezone is set properly in WP Admin Settings but displays a 9:00AM event as 2:00PM.
