Hi,
I’ve also experienced this problem, website completely locked until you delete the workforce plugin folder.
Needs to be investigated.

In reply to: [WP Vegas] Time for an update and bumpHi,
Fully support previous view on getting an updated version of the plugin, its a great plugin but if its not going to be supported then I guess we all have to look for alternatives, which would be a great shame if the code is still solid.
Hi,
Yes, changing the “Filter searches and archives” setting to ‘NO’ worked, i.e. posts feed to slider now working.
Will you be providing a fix to this issue in the next release?
Thanks

Hi,
Finally got the installer to work on the InMotion account – I don’t have a good answer why it worked though! The only thing I changed was the browser. i.e. I logged-on to my website with Chrome rather than Firefox and built a new set of packages, downloaded, uploaded to InMotion and bingo! it worked! Could firefox (any browser)cause corruption in the installer.php file?
FYI my firefox version is 27.0.1
Hi,
Have now setup an account with INMotion (recommended hosting) and get the same error message when trying to run installer.php in the public_HTML dir
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VAR in /—/—–/public_html/APLIVE/installer.php on line 50
So same error on two different hosting suppliers?

Hi,
Still trying to get this to work – have tried different encoding format for the installer.php file – still no luck.
Have been in touch with JustHost tech support 7 they cannot see a problem from there side – they have responded
“okay, So looking into the coding here. It looks like it’s trying to process Javascript on line 50. But there is no php function telling to process that. So the script is breaking right there. So that would be the problem.”
Thanks in advance for your help

Hi
Have tried the latest dev version but still no luck?
I tried the installer and zip package on another JuSTHost account and still had problems – The error message this time was
PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘+=’ (T_PLUS_EQUAL) in /—/—/public_html/AP_MIGRATION/installer.php on line 49.
Running out of ideas now….

In reply to: [WP Vegas] Plugin not WorkingHi,
I found that you must always have values set for ‘Fade’ & ‘Delay’ for the plugin to work.
I may have missed this but perhaps this should be emphasised in the setup instructions / settings panels?
All looking good.

In reply to: [Good Old Gallery] [Plugin: Good Old Gallery] Not working in IE8An update on this problem with IE8.
After searching for possible solutions it does appear that there can be a problem in using the jQuery Cycle (fade) with IE8.
I changed the settings to use Flexslider (fade) and images do now appear but it takes a long time (1min+) for the fade function to start.

In reply to: please help! problem with adding domainHi,
I’m trying to do the same thing – very encouraged that changing the site URL and WordPress url’s worked – appreciate if you could confirm that..
1) You added your addon domain ‘www.rupertgrey.co.uk’ to your sub-directory https://www.puppyfat.com/rupert.
2)You changed the site address URL and WordPress address url’s in the general settings section to https://www.rupertgrey.co.uk
Anything else?
Thanks in advance
